> February 2000 - Lee's AFT #88 pg. 20 - "The first eight carded figures include Simpsons family members Homer, Bart, Lisa and Grampa. Four Springfield regulars round out the group of eight; Krusty the Clown, Barney, Moe the Bartender, and Mr. Burns. Connect any of these to an Intell-Tronic Environment and give voice to the entire town of Springfield.
Three environments are planned for the initial release, and include The Simpsons Living Room w/Marge and Maggie, The Nuclear Power Plant w/Radioactive Homer, and the Kwik-E-Mart w/Apu. Each Environment is encoded with a computer chip that recognizes any of the figures and causes them to speak when connected to it." Pictured are Moe, Barney, Mr. Burns, Grampa, Lisa, Homer, and Krusty the Clown. Also pictured are the living room w/Marge and Maggie, the stickers are a closed window, nothing on the T.V., and a closed door. The Power Plant w/RA Homer has the variant stickers (closed doors and a panel with gauges on it). The Kwik-E-Mart w/Apu playset has a closed door sticker with no one standing outside, just glass.
