Posts: 5 (02/07/07 10:03:12) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts	Tags : None I've been a fan since episode one,but I never bought many of the playmates figures,(dunno why) well I was going to start as they look amazing and I like the environments,but theres too many,so Ive decided to just get this line.I like my couch gag set more than the punishment set.Im so excited for itchy and scratchy and the "why you little" set.I hope they make more characters and not just Homer and Bart all the time,I want Mr burns,Wiggum ect in normal clothes. McFarlane usually loses interest in movie and tv lines after two series, doesn't he? I hope the Simpsons goes on for a while, though. Either that or give it to someone else.

I've been a huge Simpsons fan for many many years but never bought the World of Springfield figures (I figured it was 'cause... well I was still in middle/high school with no job so I didn't have the money). Then I figured I'd start collecting the McFarlane figures. I bought the couch gag and ironic punishment sets off of eBay... they were pretty cool but didn't really excite me (probably 'cause one of Homer's hands broke right out of the box practically =/ ). I also bought the Itchy and Scratchy set which was cool. But those are the only McFarlane Simpsons products I own, the line didn't excite me and I'm just not a fan of "mini-dioramas" as opposed to actual action figures, which is why I've been buying the WoS figures on eBay and from a co-worker of mine. WoS > McFarlane's line

Only like the evil and good Homer and the Raven set. Hopefully it will end so I can quit spending so much damned money! It's an addiction and it's expensive!

Except that the boxes were not uniform and will be kind of hard to display once I move to a house that has room for all my Simpsons crap (as gusbanks pointed out in his youtube episode). First line of anything I have all of. If you did like this line, which one(s) were your fav.? I will have to go with the Lard Lad set just b/c of the pantyhose homer head.

I love Homer but they could have done soooo much more.
