Technically this is not a bootleg. A bootleg is more related to counterfeits or unlicensed commercially sold items often from other countries like Mexico, Malaysia, Argentina, etc. They are sold as official with fake tags or cards or labels, or just use the SImpsons name and copyrighted images and stuff on the packaging. An unpackaged, fan created sculpture is what this more appears to be. It's in line with the action figure customs, sculptures, fan fiction, and other hand made simpsons items sold as such and not being represented as licensed merchandise. Now if you told me these were sold in official boxes with the Simpsons logo in the thousands, then it'd be a different story.
