I won an item in an auction, but 10 days after I paid, it had not shown up, so I wrote to the seller to find out what happened. He wrote back with an apology, saying that he had "flu issues" and would send the package out asap. Another week goes by, and the package finally shows up. It turns out that he had waited five more days to send it, then used Parcel Post, not Priority Mail as listed in the auction. (USPS was quick though, because we both live in New York City.)
So I'm kinda ticked. Not because he made me wait so long, but because he decided to make an exra buck on shipping after making me wait.
What happens if I leave negative feedback? It doesn't really resolve the issue, so why bother? Should I complain, or just chill and forget it?
