There's a bit of a Maggie mystery here. Before she is scanned the register reads 243.26 After she's scanned the register reads 486.52, showing a
doubling of the original scan. I'm trying to figure out the significance of this, but so far no luck...Nice opening though. I'm looking forward to
seeing it on the HDTV.

Cool. I have a feeling they will only use this once like other special intros. I like the addition of baby Gerald and God vs. Satan in the quick sweeping
shot after Marge and Maggie honk.

Definitely need to watch this one multiple times with the pause button. I think this will be the new standard open, with a less extensive couch gag at the end.

The new intro was good. The updates were nice touches. I also wondered about the cash register.

Cool! I like that they kept all the classic moments like the chalkboard, the couch gag, the radioactive rod, scanning Maggie, the horn honk, etc. while
updating the rest of it.

I liked them putting a large sign over Moe's Tavern that said Now in High-Def. The inclusion of so many characters was nice. As for the price scanner when
maggie was swiped over it, it seemed as if they wanted people to notice it for some reason, because the price was clearly visible.

I can't remember his name off the top of my head, but he's the ballet instructor who told Marge she couldn't dance, but told Lisa she had talent.
It was the ep where Lisa became addicted to second hand smoke.
