Man - a Leon Kompowsky (Michael Jackson) figure has sold on ebay for $26.00 plus $11.50 postage. I bought 7 of these for $14.00 total.

I know this isn't the buy/sell/trade forum, but this thread is looking popular and I'm keen on completing my set of rare Homer's. They are really
hard to find, and I don't know if this is because they get snapped up quickly (the display boxes are all opened up in the stores) but I have 1x King Size
Homer and 4x Astronaut Homers.
The 20 normal figurines are available individually, or in 4 different boxes of 5... I managed to complete my collection of the 4 boxes today (even that was a bit difficult, I had to look in at least 5 or so stores). If anyone from outside of Australia is keen on getting some of this stuff, I'd be happy to do a swap or something. The teatowels and mugs etc are really good too! My email is timandrews@gmail.com

there eventually were sold in shops in the uk, in metal tins by series, and then in large plastic blisters like that above with plopper

E-mailed TPF in regards to the Plopper figure, their response:
"Thanks for your email, the Plopper Pig is available in the 21pc Collector Pack. This pack will be available closer to Christmas in Coles and Kmart nationwide." So unlike the set on eBay, looks like this release won't include the 5 rare homers. |
